JESSICA TORMEY
Founder
Jessica is a proven leader in the state of Wisconsin.
Over the course of her career, she created and implemented agendas for executives, including elected officials, university presidents, chancellors, and two charter school CEOs. Jessica has led efforts to raise money and goodwill for the University of Wisconsin System and a small innovative start-up charter school.
It was through these experiences that Jessica recognized her ability to “get things done” and how she could use these skills to strengthen community organizations. That's when she founded the Wisconsin Idea Group, LLC. She can now use this passion to help community leaders who have great ideas but need help executing them. She is giving back to the Wisconsin community where she was born and raised. Together with her husband, Adam, she is raising three children, Odessa (18), Erin (15), and Will (6).

Amanda is a trusted partner for state leaders and business executives.
Before joining Wisconsin Ideas Group, LLC, Amanda serviced as a trusted communication leader for the State of Wisconsin, University of Wisconsin System, CUNA Mutual Group, and Northwestern Mutual - a Fortune 500 company located in Milwaukee. Her passion is helping leaders communicate effectively so organizations thrive.
While living in Madison, Amanda was a big sister through Big Brothers, Big Sisters for over five years. She resides in Milwaukee with her fiancé, Andrew, and their two dogs.
